1. Introduction

3. Account Registration & Security

Each user may hold only one (1) active account on the gt555 platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, gt555 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and forfeit all balances without notice. Each account must be registered under the account holder's real, legal name and must contain accurate contact information at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any other person. gt555 will not be liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorized activity arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

• You must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification when requested. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal holds or account suspension.
• gt555 reserves the right to request proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method at any point during the account lifecycle.
• Accounts showing signs of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any form of exploitation of promotional offers will be suspended pending investigation and may be permanently banned.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

gt555 supports instant deposits and withdrawals through a range of trusted Bangladeshi payment services including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, as well as international methods such as Visa and Mastercard. All financial transactions conducted on the platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and may be updated periodically.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a verified payment method that is registered under the account holder's name. gt555 processes withdrawal requests within standard processing windows; however, additional verification steps may delay processing in some cases. gt555 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment providers.

In the event of any conflict, the bonus-specific terms shall take precedence.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the services provided under them that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration. For disputes involving amounts below ৳20,000, gt555 will in good faith seek to resolve the matter through its internal customer support escalation procedure.
